This is Iby's Art Blog. Whenever I sketch, paint or just do something art related I'll post it here. It's been quite a while that I've wanted to do this and anyone who knows me is probably rolling their eyes at how long it's taken. Well here it is you knuckleheads!
In all seriousness I do have to thank everyone who has pushed me to just draw, I love doing it. I've got a lot to learn and I'll be keeping track of my progress here. The great artist Shane Heron once said to me "Iby, you suck at drawing... but I think you can get better." Shane's blunt and also a butt face, but he had a point.
I intend to draw things that I don't like drawing, because those will obviously be my weak spots. I'll draw things more than once, this is important because I've seen first hand how remarkable the improvement can be from the first drawing of a subject to the third or fourth version.
I love scouring the internet for cool art and I'll use this blog to post links to interesting galleries and websites.
I'll try to post on this blog every day, and today is day one!
